How to add it to Gmail
- Click Copy signature above
- In Gmail, click the gear icon (top right) → See all settings
- On the General tab, scroll down to Signature
- Click + Create new, name it Oasis
- Click into the box and paste (Ctrl+V)
- Set it as default for new emails AND on reply/forward
- Scroll down and click Save Changes
Two things worth knowing:
• If you already have an old signature saved, delete it so you don't end up with two.
• If you use the Gmail AI helper to draft replies, it sometimes adds its own "Kind Regards / name / mobile" at the end. Delete those lines before sending, or you'll get a double sign-off.
